LISA VAN NOORDEN

Lisa van Noorden is a Rotterdam based artist specializing in art and art applications in public and private space.

Lisa van Noorden has worked as an artprofessional since her graduation from the Willem de Kooning art academy. She has worked on commissions in private and public space and creates autonome art. Her work has been shown in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Russia, United States and Brazil. Publications about her work have appeared in the following newspapers and magazines:

I'm an artist living and working in Rotterdam. I make drawings, paintings and 3d works, and I also create artworks in private and public space. My drawing focusses mostly on people and animals and their ways of survival and self-protection in our complicated insane environment. I also like to work with symbols which have proven to be strong and  lasting to our society, like diamonds, stars, skulls etc. I work very accurate and precise. I am constantly experimenting with new materials, shapes and techniques, and often the
results find their way back into my projects.
